Your Cypress Knoll home’s proximity to the golf course may be responsible for 20-25% of your home’s value. Protecting their value is why Doug Brown and Janice Reid purchased the course in 2016 and are working hard to keep the course viable. By being a part of the course community as a Good Neighbor, you are making a smart investment in protecting the value of your own property as well.
For just $1 a day ($365 per year) for those who’s homes border the course, or 50¢ per day ($182.50 per year) for others, you can help support the golf course and become a Cypress Knoll Good Neighbor. These packages are exclusively for Cypress Knoll residents.
Even if you don’t golf, the Clubhouse is a great social gathering place to relax, dine, drink and meet your neighbors in a beautiful waterfront setting. Drop by and see for yourself!
In exchange for your donation, you receive a punch card worth the following…
For the $182.50 plan:
- 15 medium buckets of range balls
- 10 glasses of beer or wine
- 5 lunch entrées
For the $365 plan:
- All of the above, plus
- 5 rounds of golf, with the option to donate them to a charity golf tournament held at Cypress Knoll
